1. Non-Refundable Services

All services offered on this website — including but not limited to astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, personalized reports, pujas, rituals, yantras, and spiritual remedies — are customized and prepared specifically for the individual client. Due to the highly personalized and intangible nature of these services, no refunds will be issued once the service has been booked or delivered.

2. Digital Products (Reports & Remedies)

Astrological reports, charts, and predictions are created based on the birth details you provide. As these are digital goods delivered via email or online, and are made specifically for you:

• Returns are not applicable.

• Refunds will not be issued, except in the case of accidental duplicate payments.

3. Puja & Ritual Services

Once a puja or ritual has been scheduled, arrangements are made, and items are procured specifically for that event. Therefore:

• Cancellations are not accepted once the puja is booked.

• No refund will be granted for missed appointments or unavailability.

If rescheduling is required due to a genuine emergency, we will try our best to accommodate it with prior notice.

4. Incorrect Information

Please ensure all personal details (birth date, time, place, name, etc.) are entered correctly while booking. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in predictions or remedies caused by incorrect information provided by the user. Refunds will not be granted in such cases.

5. Duplicate Transactions

If you have been charged more than once for the same service due to a technical error or duplicate payment, please contact us at info@astrosunilpandit.com with the payment details. Upon verification, the excess amount will be refunded within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
